I feel the communication between booking and hire was good but I do think the sizing information could be better and giving sizing on both the bouncy castle inflated and deflated in an obvious manner

Great communication from booking to delivery date however booking and sizing system could perhaps do with a freshen up and a de clutter on the website

Both lads were great would use again!

Our DJ, Ryan, filled in at short notice as the original was sick. It was our wedding reception. He set up before our arrival and did a fantastic job. It was a fantasy/Sci-fi wedding, with ballroom dancing so not standard. But he did amazingly well at short notice. Everyone had fun, and he sorted everything so we could relax and mingle. He helped make our day special. Can't thank him enough.

On the day we hired the forecast changed and it rained the whole time it was my sons party, as soon as his party guests left it the sun came out. We were expecting collection at about 6pm but got a message to say that the team were running slightly late. My kids are convinced that they did this especially so they could have a little longer on the bouncy castle. The kids were disappointed to see it go but then decided they wanted to help get it into the van. This didn’t phase our collection driver, he chatted to the kids, and let them help wheel it out and thanked them for all their help. They were over the moon! (And honestly I know he could have done it far faster without my kids youngest 3 helping). He was so patient. We have used you before and will be back again. Thank you so much for making a lovely day that little bit more lovely by your kindness and patience xx

DIY Disco Set Up

Martin was amazing under the circumstances, I hired my little boy the bouncy castle for his 6th birthday Martin kept his distance through out explained all the extra cleaning processes they are going through due to the coronavirus. He was very friendly and most of all my little boy had the most amazing birthday. He had the whole bouncy castle to him self for 7 hours and it was such good value for money. Over all 5/5 brilliant experience and will definitely be using again😃

Fantastic. Hired the balloon assault course for my daughters 5th birthday yesterday and it went down a storm with her and her friends, even parents were asking about it.
The guys turned up, knew exactly what they were were doing and set up was straight forward.

We hired the disco dome for sons birthday and they absolutely loved it. Martin was very helpful and professional. Once this was installed and we could see how much fun the kids were having we extended the hire and this was not a problem. Definitely would recommend.
