Bring a little extra magic to your child’s celebration with our brand-new Make-a-Bear Parties from Zunzo Party Hire! Designed especially for younger children, our fully hosted teddy-making experience gives every child the chance to choose, stuff, name and bring their very own cuddly friend to life.
Perfect for birthdays, family celebrations and children’s events, our Make-a-Bear Workshops combine hands-on fun, imagination and plenty of magical memories. Each child gets their own teddy to create and take home, making this much more than just a party activity – it’s a keepsake they can treasure long after the celebration has finished.
A Fully Hosted Make-a-Bear Party Experience
Our Make-a-Bear Parties are best suited to children aged approximately 3 to 8 years old and are fully hosted by a member of the Zunzo Party Hire team.
During the experience, children will:
- Choose their new cuddly friend
- Stuff their teddy and bring it to life
- Take part in a special teddy heart and friendship ceremony
- Make their very own Make-a-Bear promise
- Choose a name for their new friend
- Complete a personalised birth certificate
- Take their finished teddy home in its own bag
Our workshops are structured but flexible, allowing our host to adapt the experience to the age and confidence of the children taking part.
Standalone Make-a-Bear Party
Looking for a complete party experience? Our standalone Make-a-Bear Party includes approximately 90 minutes of fully hosted entertainment.
Alongside the teddy-making workshop, we’ll also include a fun Mini Disco and interactive party games, creating a complete celebration without the need to book a separate entertainment package.
Our standard standalone package is designed for up to 8 children, with additional children available to add to your booking. For larger parties, please check availability when booking.
The birthday child also gets to choose one special accessory for their new teddy as part of the experience.
Add a Make-a-Bear Workshop to Your Existing Zunzo Party
Already booking another Zunzo Party Hire service? You can also add a Make-a-Bear Workshop to selected existing bookings.
For example, if you’ve booked one of our DJ Disco packages, the Make-a-Bear Workshop can take place within your existing party booking time.
Our add-on workshop lasts approximately 60 minutes and focuses on the interactive teddy-making experience, making it a brilliant addition to a disco, inflatable party or other suitable Zunzo celebration.

Children can personalise their new friend even further with a selection of optional accessories and upgrades.
Depending on availability, extras may include:

- Recordable heart sound modules
- Scented inserts

Please note: outfits, scents, sound modules and other optional accessories are chargeable extras unless specifically included within your chosen package.
