This list goes on.. This could be the best Halloween Party ever. But you’ve got to get planning now 🤓

There’s a whole range of decorations out there, including some crafty ideas that get the whole family involved. And it’s pretty cheap too. Setting the atmosphere in your household is definitely a key element to bringing about the party feeling. Getting them excited for the big day 🧛 Let them choose their own costumes 🦸‍♀️ Superheroes or Villains, Witches or Ghosts.. as a child, the excitement of choosing your costume enhances the whole experience of Halloween. And not all costumes have to be scary. It’s a big thing for a little child to dress-up and pretend play. But doing this brings about character and thrill. 🧝‍♀️ Pumpkin carving is an absolute must for Halloween, and again, you can pick-up pumpkins and carving kits pretty cheap in the supermarkets. Do it as a group activity or individually, and get gran-parents or friends to judge via Zoom or FaceTime 🎃 Award the winners with a trophy (poundshop) and grab a photo too (for memories). Plan activities through-out your day on Oct 31st, more so into the evening when day becomes night, such as 👻 Ghost stories read under the bed covers with torches 🧙‍♂️ Set the scene with spooky background music or Halloween films such as Scoob!, The Addams Family or Hotel Transylvania.

Don’t forget to theme your food too😍 Make scary cup-cakes, a giant ginger-bread ghost. And for dessert, Apple bobbing! Make your apples covered with red food-dye to make them look like blood or if that’s too much, just add some in the water to give it that Authentic look.
