When showing ‘Limited availability’, please use this form below to complete a enquiry. This usually means we have a current booking in the calendar, and use this method to prevent overlapping or double booking on timings. We will do our best to get back to you in good time.

On the odd occasion, we may receive a cancellation from customers booked in our calendar already for a specific date you may have shown interest in. We can set an text / email alert that will notify you if an availability slot on the date you request becomes vacant. Please provide as much detail as possible below. This will allow us to better understand your requirements.

Note: If your job is time-critical (required to be set-up within 1-hour of event start time), please specify this below. We will contact you if we are able to provide for these timings. However, flexible set-up timings may increase the possibility of an availability alert being sent.
