How to use our online booking system to Check Availability and Book Online
Checking availability is easy - simply select the service your celebrating above, scroll down and choose the date your interested in hiring our DJ Disco Hire. If we’ve either limited availability or something else in the calendar that date, please use the contact form to get in touch. Give as much details as possible about your event, and we’ll get back in touch.
Booking Online via our website - Please note that every booking will start with the equipment base price (£90.00). Completing the relevant sections of the booking form will then give you a overall price, inclusive of delivery (based on your location) and duration you require the DJ for.
Important booking information for DJ disco hire
Sometimes when selecting your date, you may see a message that says
“We have limited availability on this date. Please contact us to discuss.”
This message does not always mean we are fully booked. It simply indicates that we already have at least one disco scheduled on that date, and we need to confirm your preferred time manually. Our booking calendar can read dates, but it cannot read specific timings, so our team checks this before confirming any disco booking. This helps us avoid timing conflicts with other discos or inflatable hires and ensures smooth travel, set-up and pack-down for your event.

How our disco pricing works
We offer a variety of disco types such as Adult Birthday Disco Hire, Christening Disco Hire, Christmas Disco Hire, School Disco Hire, Kids Party Disco Hire and more. Each has its own price based on the style of event and the duration required.
Behind the scenes, all disco bookings link to our main DJ scheduling system. We operate two full disco set-ups, and once one setup is already booked, the system shows the limited availability message so that we can manually check timings. This ensures every event receives the correct attention, travel time and set-up care.
