School Inflatable Events

We may have a solution for you? 🎉 Our School Inflatable Events can either be hired as part of a Package Deal, with multiple options to choose from with some great savings (vs hiring individually) or for free, yes free! As an after school fun event 🤩

This exclusive offer is available for primary schools in the Teesside and County Durham areas. The 2 hour inflatable fun day event will run straight after-school and give children the opportunity to experience some of our most popular inflatables. From mega slides to disco domes, assault courses to bouncy castles, there’s something for every age!

Please note that this exclusive promotion is available on Wednesdays, term-time only due to our calendar already being full of other amazing events. In addition, we only have few Wednesday’s remaining, leading up-to the Summer half-term holidays. This is a great opportunity to run an after school inflatables activity fun day, with the addition of your own activities, side-show stalls etc.

How does it work?

The school are not charged for the hire of multiple popular bouncy castle inflatables. Instead, we sell wristbands to generate the return investment. In addition, the school get back a generous 10% of all wristbands sold for this event. Wristbands are sold at a cost agreed with the school through a dedicated product page on our website. Parents / carers can purchase single or multiple wristbands leading up-to the event and make payment. Alternatively, wristbands can also be bought on the day, however we encourage pre-purchase online usually with a 10% discount in comparison to purchasing on-the-day (this allows us to prepare for expected attendees).

We will bring along some of our most popular inflatables (up-to 4) ranging from bouncy castles, mega slides, disco domes, assault courses etc. As we are usually asked to place these mid-field, we include the use of our portable generator at no extra cost. Children will be able to access the whole activity range for the full duration of the event, although at busy times, queues might be needed to help manage numbers (as each inflatable can only hold so many).

What we will need from you

Because we’re offering this for free, the event will need extra hands to help control how many children go on each inflatable and how the event is operated. We put together a simple plan that shows exactly how we will operate, in the safest possible way. This includes a clear entrance and exit, multiple safety signs, session based activity and helpers to control queues, keeps safety mats in position etc. How many of your team we will need depends on how popular the after-school event is looking.

We’ll also need a large open space (grass) that we can place inflatables on, with additional space required for our generator + your stalls, side-show games etc. We really do encourage you to get as involved as much as you can. The more activities on offer, the better changes we have at keeping children engaged and occupied for the full length of the event.

Access will be required from around 1pm / 1:30pm (we must be able to drive our long-wheel based vehicle in the school grounds to be able to unload / reload heavy equipment) and we’ll need around an hour at the end to pack everything away.

Is there a catch?

Absolutely not - we make our income through the sale of wristbands but more importantly, the promotion of our business. With the hope of generating more business through happy parents, we’re more than happy to host this event for free. Please note that the timings of the event are strictly after-school to qualify for this free school event, and 2-hours is the max running time.
