Questions about hiring

How long is the hire period for?

- Bouncy Castle Hire

  • ⏰ On average, most parties last around 2-3 hours (it's recommended to have a start and end time so that guests can plan their day), so we allow up-to 5 hours hire period for 1-day hires. Alternatively, you can also hire overnight or multi-day (if the option appears on the booking form).

- DJ Disco Hire

  • ⏰ This is completely dependent on how long you'd like your party to last and varies, again dependent on what it is your celebrating. If you can complete our availability contact form, adding all your details, we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

- Photo Booth Hire

  • ⏰ The standard duration included in the price is 3hrs, which usually is more than sufficient. However, you can extend your hire period at an additional cost per hour, if required.

Where can i find the size / measurements?

  • 📏 You can usually find these within the product description page, under the "Size' tab. Always check the required space, as-well as the access required.

Do you delivery to my area?

  • 🚚 Pop the first part of your postcode in our 'Area Checker' on our homepage and it'll tell you if we deliver there and how much delivery is.

What deposit is required to book?

  • 🗓 We require a non-refundable deposit of 35% (based on the total overall cost of your booking) to secure and confirm your hire. This then prevents others from booking this equipment for this particular date.

What's your cancellation policy?

  • As a mobile business, we'll always aim to be as flexible as we can. However, you should note that the deposit required to secure a selected date, time and service is non-refundable. It is, however transferable to a new date on the condition you have given enough notice, and that your new selected date is available for the services you require. The notice period for inflatable hire and soft play hire is 3-days (7-days where manning has been requested by the customer), where-as the notice period for DJ Disco Hire & Photo Booth Hire is 7-days (this is because these services are also attached to a attendant that has already been pre-booked in advance for your event.

    For inflatable hire, if you've added Wet Weather Guarantee to your booking, and see this product active on your booking details within your confirmation email, then you're covered for changes and amendments, including the option to cancel, as long as the time hasn't passed 6pm, the day prior delivery.

  • The easiest way to check live availability is directly on our website. Use our "Availability Checker' tool by popping in your event date and selecting the category that matches what you're looking for.

How to make a new booking

  • Once you’ve found the product you’d like to hire, you’ll find a ‘Book Now’ and Check Availability’ button underneath the description. Using the date selector on the following page, select your desired hire date to check live availability. On the booking page, confirm your delivery address and complete the online booking form to complete your booking request.

How to amend a existing booking

  • You can easily get in touch with us using our chat widget (should be on the bottom right of this screen). Let us know you’d like to amend an existing booking, along with your booking reference number (can be found on any email from us) and what you’d like to do. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can. Note that amendments can only be made up-to certain time-frames, dependant on the product you’ve hired.

How long does it normally take to set-up/pack-down a bouncy castle?

  • Dependant on the surface type, most standard inflatables can be set-up within 20 minutes, with larger inflatables taking anything up-to 40 minutes. An additional 10 minutes should be allowed for to further wipe down and sanitise the inflatable before allowing guests to enter.
  • Pack-down tends to be a little quicker but you should expect the same time allowance as the set-up for pack-down.

What if it rains on the day of my hire?

  • Our Wet-Weather Guarantee is available additionally with every bouncy castle hire meaning should it be forecast rain on the day of your hire, your completely covered. With most of our inflatables now featuring a rain cover, a light shower isn't going to cause that much of a problem. If this add-on is chosen during the booking process or added to your booking at-least 7 days prior your delivery date, your then eligible to cancel up-to 1 day before delivery is due and postpone to a more suitable weather-depandant date (subject to availability) within 6-months of your initial hire date or receive a refund of your balance paid (minus the cost of the Wet-Weather Guarantee cover).

What happens if it rains during my hire?

  • No-one can predict the weather or what's going to happen in a few hours after your castle is set-up. Light rain can be acceptable for most shower-covered inflatables but it's at your judgement what light rain is acceptable and what is not. If light rain persists, place a table or something similar over the bouncy castle blower that allows the air to continue to flow in but prevents water getting in the suction. In the event of heavy rain / showers or strong winds, we always recommend turning the power supply to the castle off and leaving the castle deflated until the weather conditions are back to normal. A full understanding of this will be given through our quick talk-through during set-up.

How long can I keep the bouncy castle?

  • Most children’s parties and events (including adult events) last on average 3 hours, and on some occasions a little longer. When booking, the price includes hire for up-to 5 hours, with additional hours available to purchase if required (subject to availability). Overnight hire (collection before 12pm the next day - see below for conditions) is also optional on most hires (additional cost applies). Additionally, we offer multi-day hire with some great rates. Each individual inflatable listed on our website states in the description if it is available for multi-day hire and at what cost.

Can I keep the bouncy castle over-night?

  • We aim to please and with some of our castles, we are able to offer overnight hire (this comes at an additional cost of £30) with collection before 12pm the next day. This option is only available for those who choose to site their castle in a secure location such as a back garden with a lockable gate and a minimum 6ft fence surrounding the area.

Do you offer last-minute bookings? (Late-booking fee applies)

  • Yes, (very limited choice given). Whilst we recommend booking in advance is always the best option, we may have a limited choice of inflatables that may be available last minute.
  • Last Minute Bookings are not entitled to any discounts that may be available or active during this time. Bookings made within 12 hours of the delivery date/time are charged a late booking fee applicable of £10.

Do you offer any other discounts?

  • Yes, we offer combo discounts (eligible if you book 2+ inflatables together for the same hire date or book an inflatable and another service we offer for the same hire date). With any of these, we discount the total by 5%.

My discount code is not working

Discount codes cannot be used on package deals, this is because these are already heavily discounted. In addition, discount codes can also not be used on some special dates, such as bank holidays or Christmas etc. For clarification on a discount code you may have that appears not to be working, please get in touch.

What to do before you arrive?

  • We have designed a informative email template that will be sent to you prior to your delivery that offer great advice and handy tips on what you can do to ensure your hire with us is a huge success.

Can I have my bouncy castle on hard-standing?

  • Some of our castles are able to be offered on hard-standing (we use heavy sandbags at each anchor point to ensure the safety of the castle where sited and make sure it doesn't move). Inflatables are always best on grass but for those who don't have this option, we have a small selection of castles that are safe to use on hard-standing surfaces. You must inform us on this during the booking period. If we turn up with pegs to secure it to grass and no sandbags due to no prior notice, we won't be able to site your castle(s) - Additional Charge may apply for Hard Standing Surfaces as the likely-hood of a tear / rip increases. Are your bouncy castles suitable for adults as well as children?

  • A small selection of our castles are available for adults. You should be able to view what each castle is suitable for on their description pages at the bottom.

Do you take a deposit?

  • Yes, deposits are taken on all booking requests to secure your chosen inflatable, time/date and hire period. A booking is only 'confirmed' when a deposit of 35% has been paid and has been checked by our team. All deposits taken are on a non-refundable term, unless we are unable to accept your requested timings. Full details are available in our 'terms and conditions'.

Ways to pay your deposit:

  • Safe and Securely over the phone
  • Via Square Payments (over the internet)
  • Via email (internet connection required)
  • Via Bank Transfer (See 'Payment Ref' on Invoice)
  • Via Post (Not Recommended) - Must be sent with full details and received at-least 3 days before your delivery date.

I've booked a bouncy castle but haven't yet paid my deposit.

  • We offer a 48-hour allowance period from the date you sent your booking request for a deposit to be taken/paid. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure this deposit reaches us within this time (although we normally make a notice phone call if a deposit hasn't been received within 2 days of the booking request date). Whilst no deposit has been received, your chosen bouncy castle is still available to other clients. We offer our castles on a first come first served basis (with a full deposit paid).

How do I book?

  • Checking availability is easy and you can achieve this is a few different ways. Choose a bouncy castle on-line, view their description page, scroll to the bottom and click 'check availability', call us direct on 07883307826 and we can do it over the phone or send us an email with your chosen castle and requested date and times and we'll get back to you

What about Insurance?

  • We're fully insured and offer public liability insurance upto the value of £5m should an accidents occur that are our fault, on the condition you have requested us to “mann” the inflatable(s) on hire. This is something you would add to your booking, prior the delivery of your selected inflatables. We are responsible for the safe set-up of your bouncy castle inflatable and will ensure it is set-up to the correct safety standards as issued both by the BIHA, Leisure Insure and Manufacturers Installation Instructions.
  • Provided with the castle are safety mats, blower(s), pegs/weights, sandbags (if on concrete), ground sheet etc.
  • Once set-up, we'll walk you through everything we've done to make the inflatable hire safe and you'll be required to sign a declaration to say you now accept full responsibility for any and all users using the castle.
  • You can also obtain you own day insurance

Can you provide your own supervision?

  • Yes, we can staff our castles at a cost of £30 per man / per hour needed offering full supervision services

Cancellations Policy:

  • We allow cancellations no later than 3 days prior your delivery date, however it should it be noted that all deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to 1 future hire date available within 6-months of your cancellation request, if this rule is followed. Cancellations received within 3-days of their delivery date will be required to settle the balance of their hire regardless. Management reserve the right to make a final decision based upon this rule.
