Nobody can predict the weather with complete accuracy, and we want you to book with confidence—not worry. Our Wet Weather Guarantee protects your full booking should bad weather be forecast, allowing you to cancel or change your date without losing your money.*

Terms & Conditions
The Wet Weather Guarantee covers forecasts predicted up to one day before your hire date using the BBC Weather app. Cancellations must be made before 3pm the day prior to delivery, via email only, by the named hirer and must reference your booking ID.
Light drizzle or cloudy weather are not valid reasons for cancellation, provided the hire can still go ahead safely. However, winds above 24mph are considered dangerous and are included as a valid condition under this guarantee.
All payments (excluding the £8 daily fee) will be refunded to the original payment card or, if agreed, transferred to a new mutually suitable date—your Wet Weather Guarantee will also transfer to the new date. No cash refunds can be issued.
