🎉 Zunzo Bounce Factory Returns – Outdoor Edition!
Following the huge success of our last Bounce Factory event, we’re excited to announce that Zunzo Bounce Factory is returning for another special event in Hartlepool.
This time, we’re taking the fun outdoors at one of Hartlepool’s most popular parks.
Expect inflatable excitement, big smiles and plenty of bouncing as we transform the garden area of Place in the Park Café at Ward Jackson Park into a mini inflatable play arena for families to enjoy.

🕒 Session Times
To help keep the event safe, enjoyable and not overcrowded, Bounce Factory will run across three timed General Admission sessions, with each session lasting 90 minutes.
- Session 1: 11:00am – 12:30pm
- Session 2: 1:00pm – 2:30pm
- Session 3: 3:00pm – 4:30pm
Spaces within each session are limited, so advance booking is strongly recommended.

Ticket booking opens at 8:00am on Tuesday 31st March.
Tickets will be available to purchase online through our booking system. Due to the limited space available at this venue, each session will have a strict capacity limit so that we can accommodate as many children as possible while still keeping the experience comfortable and safe.
Our previous Bounce Factory event sold out quickly, so we strongly recommend booking in advance for guaranteed entry.

All inflatables are professionally installed and supervised by trained Zunzo staff throughout the event.
Session capacity limits ensure inflatables are used safely and that every child has plenty of space to bounce and play.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their children while attending the event.
☔ Wet Weather Guarantee
This Bounce Factory event is an outdoor event and is therefore weather dependent.
Guests who purchase tickets online for guaranteed entry will benefit from our Wet Weather Guarantee.
If the event cannot go ahead due to heavy rain or strong winds, all online ticket holders will receive a full refund.

1. Do I need to book tickets in advance?

Yes. There is free nearby parking available around Ward Jackson Park and surrounding streets within a short walking distance of the event area.
7. Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, guests are welcome to bring their own packed lunch. Alternatively, hot drinks, snacks and refreshments will be available to purchase from the on-site café at Place in the Park.
8. Are the inflatables supervised?
Yes. All inflatables are installed and supervised by trained Zunzo staff. Parents and guardians must also supervise their children while attending the event.
9. Will there be entertainment or special guests?
We are currently planning additional entertainment and special guest appearances. Any announcements will be made closer to the event on our social media pages.
Changes, Weather & Refunds
10. What happens if the weather is bad?
This is an outdoor event and is weather dependent. If the event cannot go ahead due to heavy rain or strong winds, guests who purchased tickets online will receive a full refund under our Wet Weather Guarantee.
11. What happens if I need to amend or cancel my booking?
If you need to amend your session, this can be done by contacting us on 07883 307826 or by replying to your ticket confirmation email.
You must provide at least 24 hours notice if you wish to amend your booking, and any changes are subject to session availability.
If you need to cancel your booking and at least 24 hours notice has been given before your session start time, a full refund may be issued at the discretion of management.
Cancellations or amendment requests made within 24 hours of the event start time cannot be changed or refunded.
